Just done my first run on week one. Haven’t exercised for years. Getting out the door was definitely the hardest bit! Can’t quite believe I’ll ever be able to run for so long, but giving it a go.

Welcome to C25K, I am sure you will love the next 9 weeks, just take all the runs slowly and keep ridgidly to the program, remember that you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish, good luck. 👍

I've just started too and also can't believe I'll ever run for 30 mins. Have promised myself if I can make it to week 4 and am still enjoying it I'll buy myself some cool running gear 😂 Good luck !!

Welcome and very well done.

The door gets easier to get through... and the running becomes easier (although longer) so what is unbelievable now will soon be your reality... you’ve done the hardest run. Enjoy your journey.

Welcome! When I started I kept it a secret, in case it was all impossible. But amazingly, the Plan works and I’ve just run for 30 minutes, three times this week. 🎉 Read the advice of the experts, run slowly (yes, really) and you too will be amazed when you look back. 😊 You can do it! Enjoy it all.

Congratulations on your first run, I found that one the hardest as I'd been putting it off for weeks. You'll soon find your pace and what time of day to run that suits you. I'm definitely a morning runner so put my gear on to take the kids to school then go straight from there. It's become routine 3x a week and I now look forward to those days. Good luck x

Congratulations 🎉 I’m off to do run 3 of week 1. I have a running buddy (who can actually run) to keep me motivated. I’m 40 overweight with arthritis but am determined.... you can do it too 🤪
