Did my first couch to 5k 2 days a go planning to do my second tomorrow. Really enjoyed it did how every sound like baby elephant running on the treadmill any tips to run abit lighter on to the treadmill? fine when walk just when I’m jogging 😂.

I'd suggest turning up the music! I bet no one else has noticed. So much of this is in our heads. I was sure people would be wondering why the slow person was even bothering. Now, ten months on, I realise most people are so busy with their own lives they don't notice I'm there! You are doing great!

Honestly I'm pretty certain that's just how running on the treadmill sounds because I thought exactly the same. Congrats on getting started! Just remember run slower and then slower again and drink lots of water!

Turn the music up!!! Seriously, if you concentrate too much on that noise it will drive you crazy and you'll be running weird trying to make it less and possibly create other issues. 👍🏻🤪
