So my chemo has been paused due to Covid-19 but I’m determined to keep running. Today W8R1 28 minutes of running in the bag and I did it with no issues. Really proud of myself and the rest of you lovely people on here. Stay safe all of you x

Oh that must be very frustrating, but I understand they are doing this to protect your health. Well done on continuing the programme, but remember to rest up well, too. (Bet you are sick of people saying that!) You should be really proud of how far you have come – week 8! Woo hoo.
