Miles for Mind is virtual running campaign for the charity “MIND” and all proceeds go to this good cause. You choose your distance then run from 1st - 31st May and if you succeed and reach your total you will receive your winning medal 🥇
I’m in!! No top... but a willing heart... and have recruited three friends to do it too!! How shall we stay in touch with one another’s progress? X

Yaaay!! I’ve worked until late tonight... so first run tomoz. Then on holiday to Spain on Saturday... googled run routes in San Sebastián (where we’re going) and it’s known as The City of Running!!! (I’d booked it for the cava and tapas!!). The tourism website even has a whole running/run routes section!! Guess what I’ll be doing when I’m there... 😊
Sounds lovely ! May have to run at the crack of dawn before the temperatures soar...you can then enjoy the vino and tapas !

Yes, re the heat... (except forecast predicts rain too!!) But had thought maybe early evening running, pre vino etc 😉! No one seems to go out there until 10pm anyway - eek! Promise to share pix x

Such a great charity who do amazing work...so you choose your distance for the month and pay a fee to enrol, you can also fundraise through Just Giving and then just run, once you complete your distance for the month, email across your proof (Garmin/Strava) and get your bling sent to you 🥇

I have to force myself out there as I’m not a natural runner but once done I feel good.
I’m out early in the morning 0530am before work (yes slightly insane)

Get your lycra ready for tomorrow and put those runners on again....you will feel so much better !!!

Ok. I think I’m going to do it! Hopefully I won’t split my leggings open 😮. That would not be a good first run back. Mind you at that time there won’t really be anybody about!

I always run on my own as don’t really want to have a chat whilst running - can just about breathe properly let alone talk and rather sing along to the songs I listen to (in my head - no one deserves that !) 🎧
Just think we will be both a couple of lunatics running far too early in the morning 😂 so you wouldn’t be alone !
