Welcome. You can do this plan... I was so out of shape when I started, and hadn’t run at all (not even for a bus) in 30 years. Slow and steady running will get you through the plan... and one day you’ll run 5k and consider it easy. Post here often, there’s a ton of support and knowledge to tap into. Enjoy the journey.

Same.. getting old now and hated any form of exercise ever since disastrous school games lessons. This plan is very good and it's amazing how motivated you become even just after one run.... I do it for the mood benefits just as much as the fitness. It's just taking those first few steps and then you're in 😊

I am completing week 6 of the C25K tomorrow. That's a 25 minute run! 6 weeks or so ago I struggled running 60 seconds. I am 56 and over 15st. It is so addictive and dare I say I enjoy it. Take it very steady and walk if you have to. The important thing is getting off the couch. Good luck.

The hardest part is getting your shoes on the first time you head out. One more run left for me to graduate. And the Park run Saturday never thought I would be saying that in October x

Well done xxx
