After my disastrous attempt at my 1st consolidation run on Monday, today was much better. Only did 25 minutes but that included a steep uphill climb and a few aborted attempts at getting used to Garmin coach, bring back Sanjeev! I will be back on the C25K app on Friday but at least now I feel I will still be able to do my 30 minutes. Hayfever has started but that is a small price to pay for all the beautiful gorse and buds on tress and the sun is shining brightly in the sky! I feel blessed in amongst all the chaos and confusion. I'm back!

Thank you Whitto it’s amazing how far we come in such a short time! I only managed 5 minutes on Monday as I stupidly thought that after graduating I could run as fast and far as Paula Radcliffe!!
Go go PhD Granny, take in those beautiful sites and just the fact you are out there at all is fantastic , well done , keep enjoying
That’s great Phdgranny, what a blessing some of us at least have these beautiful Spring days in the UK to soften our adjustment to the new normal.....for now anyway, so glad you had a better run today and that you are back 😀
