Completer c25k a few weeks back and have been running around 4K twice a week since. On Saturday I did my first park run and run the whole 5k in 33 mins. Today i went out and just physically couldn’t run far at all! I feel totally demotivated now !!!! Anyone else had this?

Well done for your Parkrun, great time too! I think you should not worry about having a shorter run this time, you're listening to your body and I think it was telling you that you needed an extra rest day. Was it your first time running 5k? If so, it's a bit more than you've been used to, I don't think you should be demotivated by it at all! Just been looking at Juju' s magic 10k plan and that's a mix of short and long runs and she seems to really know what she is talking about!

As a fairly new Graduate, this happens.. try mixing the runs up 30 minutes rather than distance.. shorter runs. new routes and longer runs too. C25K only just started the running process... there is much to do
Maybe take a peek at the C25K + podcasts... they are challenging but fun and give anew dimension and discipline to our running...Many folk use them too soon after Graduation and totally miss the point of them. You should be fine though.. and then maybe if you are ready.. Magic 10 on Bridge starts on the 17th... I am doing it again for the umpteenth time after a spell on the IC... it is brilliant!
