Fed up of not being able to get outside to exercise, I’ve turned my downstairs front room into a temporary “on the spot” running room and gym - feel better already! Stay safe everyonex

It must be difficult Ozzie. Stay safe, stay strong . Hopefully, this will come to an end and we will begin to appreciate normal life again.

It’s a shame you can’t get out to exercise there. We are still encouraged to get out but keep 2m distance. Let’s hope we all get to the other side of this. Take care

Very inventive. Well done. Hang in there. 👍

A friend of mine who a

Has been running for years said that she moves all the furniture in her house which has a kind of loop through the rooms and will jog with her partner for up to a hour! I think I could t do that (my home has no loop haha) but maybe if we were on lockdown I’d do similar.

Are you allowed in your own gardens?

We are out here as long as there is no one else other than family and even then we have to observe the 1-2 metre distance -which is ok. We have a roof terrace rather than a garden so running round that feels weird..

What exercises will you do in your home made gym?
