Afternoon run in the drizzle ☔️

It was very windy this morning so decided to wait until later. No sooner with foot out the door than the rain started. No turning back so off with Jenni Falconer on a podcast of interval runs. It was about pushing harder than my usual snail jog so I enjoyed that.

Sadly my watch didn’t agree so did not record my speed or distance. Never mind I got very wet but that’s nothing. Get out there folks - you will be happy!

Ah, I can't read the weather either. I have started out in the dry several times in the last few weeks and returned wet through! I don't mind running or doing the cool down walk in the rain but the 5 min warm up walk is no fun if you start getting soaked!

That’s true. I was daft really as I use Accuweather which tells you if it will rain within the next 120 minutes but I got so agitated about getting out that I forgot to check!!!
