W7R3 - Running in the drizzle

Well, that was an experience this morning. Running in drizzle with your varifocals steamed up, the sweat running in your eyes mixing with the rain, and your t-shirt sticking to your chest was a new one on me. Still it was first time since I left school that I've had proper corned beef legs.

Having got the moan out of the way, I really enjoyed the experience today. I think I prefer that to running in hot weather. So happy with my progress, and I can't quite believe what I'm managing to do now. Bring on Week Eight!

Excellent! Corned beef legs: that takes me back!! I wear glasses too and wear a cap in wet or sunny weather, which helps. Sometimes I have to take them off but then I can’t see my watch or phone screen 🙄 It all adds to the adventure! Enjoy week 8 👍

A lot if things got in your way but you still enjoyed it. Would you consider wearing a baseball cap to help with the sweat and rain on your glasses . Well done you 😊

I think it may have to get to the baseball cap stage, I really don't suit them, but it's a run not a fashion show!

I've never wore one before starting c25k . I sweat really heavily so that's the reason for me wearing one 😊
