I haven't run for a few days now and I think I might take a leisurely meander round Bradgate Park.
Rather than my usual 5K which is a straight line along the tarmac'd path in BPark I might go up and around.
It is _very hilly_ and could turn into a 10K so I won't be running all of it, but I think I might try a run/walk/fall-over-and-pant/run approach.
Hmmm, we will see.
Of course, if the weather still oscillates between ridiculously muggy/thundering showers then I might not...

Googled Bradgate Park to see what you were up to. What a beautiful place! I hope you enjoyed it and that the weather played nice.
I you did 10k you can have chocolate without squats
