Ok, so I'm 3 weeks in and still trying to complete week 1! I don't really mind how long it takes and today for the first time I completed all 8 tiny runs - yeah πββοΈπ once I find this easier I shall move on to week 2 π€£ππ€πββοΈ

I only repeated a run if I actually didn't complete it. Up to you, but why not give week 2 run 1 a try - you might surprise yourself!
