Never ever ever did I think I’d get to this point.
This running malarkey really is addictive.
Tonight was one of my worst runs and I didn’t really enjoy it at all. But I didn’t give up and I finished it. The feeling after Sarah Millican says goodbye is worth every single bead of sweat.

Well you may not have enjoyed it, but you finished it, so well done for persevering. That podium is in sight and it's not long now until you'll be graduating. Hope the next run is more enjoyable.

I've just done the same run. It is hard but so worth that feeling when you achieve it isn't it?
I'm taking at least 2 rest days to ensure I don't get problems with my knee again so if you are going out again Friday I wish you the very best of luck and hope that it is a better run for you.

So close now! I had a couple of runs around the same time which I just didn't enjoy ( kept thinking "why am I doing this??) but keep at it cos that feeling when you graduate is priceless!
