Feeling Proud.

I haven't posted for about a month now but I have still been following the plan. Just completed my first 30 min run and feeling really proud for two reasons. One the fact that I have achieved a 30 min run and second that I was well out of my comfort zone, running in the new forest for the first time on a route unfamiliar to me. I just trusted the app and ran until the bell and then back for the last 15mins. It was such a great feeling. Not only am I fitter but I have lost 7lbs and my blood pressure is now normal levels consistently.

Even though I dont post often I do read the posts from you all every day. It really helps .thank you. My next post will hopefully to say I've graduated. 👍
