I found week 3 challenging. The first 3 minute run really is exhausting, I can do the rest of that podcast ok, so I think it's because of the uphill on that stage. Now I'm supposed to do W4R1 next, & I'm not sure Ill be up to it! I've had a sneak peek at what's involved and I'm really dreading it. The good news is that I'm finally overweight instead of obese, so that is nice.

Well done. Remember how each new week can look daunting and that you have got to the end of 3 weeks! Here's the voice of experience on week 2!!!!
I think the first bit of any run is hard until your body adjusts and your breathing etc catches up. If you've managed the three runs then try week four and see how you get on. The programme is designed to build your fitness so you might surprise yourself. Many of us have. Good luck.
Each run and week is a challenge but doable as long as you have completed each prior run, regardless how difficult. You will be amazed at what you can achieve! Welcome to week 4! Gayle
I know how you feel. I am at the same stage as you and will be trying W4 R1 tomorrow - I too had a peak. We can but try with the knowledge if we have to repeat a week then so be it. So good luck. I found just 60 secs hard in week 1 so we have achieved something. Slow but sure I reckon we must go!
You'll be just fine. Relax and enjoy! Trust in Laura
I found week 3 challenging too (although the poll says most people don't) so was also dreading week 4. Boosted on by encouraging comments from people on here, I actually found it not as bad as I thought. I've done 1&2 now and found that the 3 mins now seem relatively easy and once I'd pushed myself to the end of the first 5 mins, the rest didn't seem so bad. They are so right about trusting the programme! Just go for it!
Thanks for the support, I did w4r1this morning!
