Finally managed to complete the couch 25k. Managed to run further a couple of times. But my 5k time is still over 40 minutes. Can only manage 3.5 in 30 minutes. Suppose it is still a bit improvement over wheezing my way through week 1.
Was slow completion due to broken foot laying me up for 6 weeks.
