Sorry, I can't advise on the hill running, probably just take it steady and see what feels right.
But, HUGE CONGRATULATIONS on completing the C25K programme, well done you
Congratulations! Well done. 👏👏👏🏅🏆🥂🍾
My advice would be to consolidate for a few weeks and read all the pinned posts and advice here.
I graduated in November and I'm interested in running distances, rather than speed. I now try to run three times a week. One run with intervals but not far. One as far as possible, but very slowly. The third one I've recently started to try and conquer hills. There's a hill near me that goes on for ever! I do one lap of the park to warm up, then I start at the bottom and see how far I can get up it. When I have to stop, I make a note of where I am and jog back down, have a rest and go again. I've been doing that 6 times, trying to go a bit further each time (even if it's just a few yards). I intend to do it once a week until I can get to the top. I did look at some videos on YouTube to make sure I was getting my posture and stride right first.
As I say, I graduated four months ago and I've only recently started on the hills. I wanted to increase my strength and stamina first.
Good luck!
Congratulations on your graduation, fellow runner.
