Today I completed run 3 of week 2. I have been running every second day and today was my first Sunday. With my new shoes I was happy but my routine had changed. I wanted to go out early but that did not happen and then the app stopped and I had to start again. How strange that little things could make my run not as good as it should be. Shortly into my run my knee started to give me some pain. But why? I pushed through and completed my run and then it rained and I got drenched. I quite enjoyed running in the rain.
Little things can throw you off course.
Tuesday I am going to start week 3 and fingers crossed all will be good again. 😀
