After little niggles and general lack of motivation I stopped running and piled the weight back on. Well I’ve started C25K again completed week3 run 2 and really struggled but Iive done it once I can do it again anyone else out there struggling don’t give up keep going

I'm in the same boat, I started, got to week 4 and then other things took over and I lost motivation. I'm trying now to make myself get back to it. Not sure whether to start at the beginning again, or take it from week 4 where I left off. That seems to be my main proscrastination point at the moment!

First of all, well done for getting back on the c25k. I, like many others had little injuries and setbacks - the heatwave 2 summers ago, lack of time etc . Dont be disheartened, you haven't given up , enjoy the journey and the rewards will be priceless
