So, finally completed my W9R3 this morning and am so proud to have done it. A couple of hiccups, my app crashed some time before halfway and I realised I hadn't had an update from Laura for ages but luckily I had Map My Run going so knew where I was and was able to fast forward on the app to the right place! I actually felt really good and have found the trick to my breathing is just breath as I need to and not count breaths, much better. It was drizzling but I did 4.63kms so I'm happy with that. So pleased with my improved fitness and stamina and running on the flat is great, hills are still a challenge but I'm getting there slowly. Thanks to everyone on this blog that has liked and commented and those whose blogs I have read for inspiration. Everyone on here is a winner and runner, no matter how long you run for, it's about your own personal achievement. An inspiring and encouraging group of people, we can run the world together!!
