It's been lovely here in NW Cumbria. A glorious day. A rest day for me. I'm disappointed tbh - I'd rather have been out running today. Ah well. It'll probably rain for me tomorrow. Lol

Yes I did go and it was a really good run even thou it was pouring so happy I went and completed week 6 😁
