Yep. Each new week is intimidating. Just go out and try your next run. Laura says to slow down enough so you can finish. Building endurance at this stage is more important than speed. I struggle with slowing down myself but will not complete the run if I don't. Ego sacrificed on the altar of achievement πΆ.
