W6R2- done and was okay :) I’m actually really enjoying running now!!! My lower back was sore last week after the 20min run W5R3. I was advised to do yoga so off I went this morning and loved it.. def enjoyed and needed the stretches 😁🤪 I’m ready to head out in Tuesday to do the 25min run 🏃🏽‍♀️ 👊🏻⭐️🏃🏽‍♀️🤪😁

Congratulations Daroo on completing run 2 of week 6, that is the last run with interval walks and runs, from now on you will be running non stop starting with run 3 of week 6, after you complete that run you will be told by your coach that you are officially a runner 🏃🏾 👍
