Completed week one the first hurdle

Just completed week one, I had left to long between run 2 - 3 but couldn’t be helped because of weather as I would not find much pleasure jogging in the rain and also had to head off to Dublin for a funeral, the bottom of my legs were aching by the 5th 60 seconds, so will be doing plenty of stretches and getting the shower on my calves etc, but so glad I have now made it to this point it feels like the first hurdle is complete I may even be tempted to complete week 2 at lunchtimes in work

Well done for getting back to it! 👏👏👏 It is SO hard with this flipping weather! I don’t mind a bit of rain, but this wind AND rain is miserable. Do stick with it - the results are amazing. 😁
