Well down to you Summerlov.

This a a great run to get under your belt, for me it really gave me the impetus and confidence to push on with the rest of the great programme.

Well done again. Keep it up ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran, once you have completed run 3 of week 5, most if not all runners know that they are confident enough to complete the course.

Yes Iโ€™ve heard that week 6 can catch you out slow & steady for me i Will worry about speed once Iโ€™ve finished lol ๐Ÿ˜†

Well done Summerlov , W5 R3 appears to be a landmark run in C25K, you're completely allowed to feel happy. I got up to W5 R2 about 10 days ago but haven't been out running since due to a combination of the storms, and being struck down with a nasty cold & cough. I am well on the road to recovery now and hope to be out on Monday or Wednesday morning. It's great to read yet another W5 R3 success story, but instead of launching myself straight back into that one I've decided to start back at W5 R1 again and re-build. Good luck with W6 and beyond, from what I've read, apart from next week being a bit of a brain fryer you are well & truly on your way now, but please let us know how it goes.
