It's took me five wk to get to week 3 Work that out.!!!

Painful but not as hard as I imagined.

I've started to use a foam roller before my warm up and going to start doin some core & strength excersises one day a wk. I also do a set of stretches after a run.

Well done Jillb141 . Set your brain to autocorrect the word 'Week' to 'Session' (or something similar). The programme will take as long as it takes, there are no extra prizes for getting there before anyone else, the only competition is yourself, and you're already in the lead. Keep up the good work and enjoy yourself, keep that great spirit and you will go far!
