Just completed run 1 of week 8...went much better than runs 2 & 3 of week 7!!!(go figure) & considering the following factors I am rather pleased with this morning's run π
1.I went to an 80's night last night so am mildy hungover & only got 3 hours sleep
2.Danced for 4 hours in inappropriate shoes so have sore feet & sore knees
3.Got kicked in the head by some drunken oaf trying to step over the top of me whilst sitting on the floor during "oops up side yer head"!!!
So all in all i would say this morning's run is either a lucky fluke or just a good old fashioned nice run π
Please tell me you were wearing the Mr Men leggings at the time π
No...sadly not!!!π

Well, no wonder you had your head stamped on and got sore feet - which, incidentally, wouldnt have happened if youβd been wearing properly fitted trainers!

*sigh*...you are probably right!!!π

And I forgot to say very well done, for the run and for doing it under extreme circumstances π
Well done! And be confident: graduation is getting nearer and nearer after all your hard times. As for the easiness of the run, il might be that your being slightly hangovered helped you feel more relaxed and less worried about the run (this is not to advise you to have a drink before each run, of course so that you just ran and enjoyed it. Personally W8 and W9 felt better than W7 runs as I got better at getting a steady pace. So just steady and relax and enjoy the next runs!
