W8R1 - on a Sunday?😱

Since I started I've done my runs Mon/Wed/Fri and taken the weekends off but the forecast for tomorrow scared even me... If the snow materialises the kids might not be at school and I wouldn't get a chance to run! So I grabbed my running gear and headed out late morning, what I've learnt is 1) I run far easier first thing in the morning before I've eaten anything and 2) the cycle path is FAR too busy at the weekends! But I survived, in fact, I did better than survive, I know I could have kept going for another two minutes and got to 30 but I trust the programme so I stopped when Sarah told me to.

Question - is there no 'one minute to go' warning on week 8 runs? I may have missed it as the wind was unreal! I usually speed up for the last minute but vefore I knew it Sarah was saying stop!

Well done 😊 👏

I'm sure I found no one minute warning - just a slow down to a walk!

Good luck with your next run 🏃 😊

Good for you, flexibility is sometimes a great skill for choosing run times. 😄

Running in snow can be fun (& slow) but not on ice. (Eek!!)
