It might sound silly to others, but I am feeling rather chuffed with myself, for completing my first session in adverse weather 😊

Doesn't sound silly in the slightest - the first run can feel quite scary for lots of different reasons! Bonus points for getting out in the bad weather as well.👍 Welcome to the forum too 🙂 - do check out the link on 'How to run Couch to 5k' which is below the pinned posts on the homepage.
