W5R2 ugly and done

Not the joy of r1, but done is done. Did find that slowing the first jog helps. Kept trying to hack up nonexistent phlegm and my arms started itching like crazy. The most distracted run ever. And i really didn’t plan on running today, just lay on my couch and whine about being sore until I saw wenderwoo’s graduation, and I had to get up. So yeah for just getting up today.

Good to hear from you dieOR5k, I hope you enjoy your next run which is a milestone run with C25K, if you have not looked ahead, don't, wait for the instructions from your coach. 😊 🏃🏾

I didn’t get much yesterday. Didn’t know that could cause the irritating hack. I’ll correct, thanks.

Well done for pushing yourself to go. It's often the hardest part. 👏

I'm starting W5 tomorrow. I'll take your advice this week and try to slow down the first jog (if I can get any slower!)
