Unlike the clear blue skies of my last run I started off with a gust of wind strategically aimed at the trusty beanie. Managed to grab it before it sailed into the canal. Wind subsided then there was a slight smatter of rain. Then it stopped and i carried on boldly Doing The Snail. On the home stretch a touch of hail just made me feel all the more pleased with myself for getting out today along with all the 'proper' runners!!! Onwards to week 4!!!
Week 3 in the tank!: Unlike the clear blue skies... - Couch to 5K
Week 3 in the tank!
Good on you Fionamags for getting out there today in the dodgy weather.
You’re doing great, keep it up 👍💪
Well done! Sounds like you had a right mixture of weather 👍😁
Oh this weather is great, isn't it? You did though Fionamags. Well done. 👍🌬❄
Brilliant, you did it. Another week bites your dust (or mud as the case may be)! 😁👏
Well done on completing week 3, glad that you are enjoying C25K and this very friendly forum, a lot of nice friendly people here who will give lots of good advice about your running, onwards and upwards to week 4 🏃🏾👍
Snail in hail.. perfect.. go you.... well done on rescuing the beanie too!
Brilliant - well done! Another canal runner - the canal is perfect!
Snail in hail? Fab!!! I would be lying if I said I was enjoying it - but the sense of achievement week by week is fantastic. Newbie runners this is for you - its bloody hard but its amazing how it actually works if you grit ur teeth, get on with it and enjoy the feeling of progressing week by week!
Well done! Keep going - it just gets better.
