Hello everyone...I just completed my first run today; started off with a short distance i.e 1.6km in 13 min. I'm proud of myself for getting off the couch💪🏾💪🏾. Hope to perform better with time.

Huge well done you and welcome... try to forget distance and or speed... just slow and steady... enjoy the runs, keep posting and have fun:)

Just follow the runs, run by run, week by week and let it evolve :)
