Hi, I am new to couch to 5k, my friend introduced me to it. I am 70 and used to run, very slowly, but I stopped 5 years ago. Decided I really missed it, so hence the couch to 5k.

The C25K programme is wonderful. I am sure you are going to enjoy it. Keep posting as you move forward.
hi cathy1946 best advice i can give is stick to the programme exactly and if one week feels preticulary hard just repeat it untill it becomes easier for you and then move on to the next week and well done the biggest step is starting and you done that
