Educating Enid - Take time out when you need it!

Sometimes we have to take a little time to think and listen to our "inner Enid". She took some time after plankerty plank today and now we are up and about motivated for running and our day.

Oh Enid! She looks proper comfy on the floor. I ran this morning and shall be plankety-planking later today, and I think Enid's pose is one I could also adopt as I complete it! 😊
