I don't know what has woken up in my "inner Enid" but she is suddenly full of fight and motivation.
A switch just clicked and she shouted..."You are fighting for your healthy life and victory is yours!"
I think she has been doing too much reading but I grabbed her arm and we ran like the wind...ok I went for a nice jog. ππ

Thank goodness for Enid, my inner mouse has been squeaking like mad but if she hides behind Enid hopefully the fight will rub off, go Enid, go....well done with your nice jog too π€
Oh yes please borrow Enid, Jorge3.πββοΈππββοΈ She isn't always in this mood. π Everyone was so kind today shouting "Have a good day". So nice. Take care. Jorge3.
Good on you Enid! Keep it up! All that energy and bounce is just what we all need right now.
Unfortunately I never made it out on my planned run today. Iβm not avoiding starting week 9, it was just clear from the moment the morning got started that it just wasnβt going to happen today. Ah well. Better luck tomorrow π€πΌππ.
Delly-dot...I think that is a pledge! Out tomorrow then...very slow...chirpy music...looking out for the post! Tee hee....only teasing. Only go if you want to.π€π
Iβll do my best! Iβve got my Pilates class tomorrow too - being delivered live online (because of C-19) for the first time, so Iβve got to get my head round that technology first!! Apparently my instructor will be able to see me if I enable the camera π..... Could be interesting π€£!
Wow that is a resilient and strong Enid! I bet she helped you rather than hindering you today! Great that you enjoyed your run!
Tough times, tough runners!
I have been told to work from home for the foreseeable future which will be difficult because I will miss my colleagues, but plan to run in the mornings before settling down in my living room office. Might even keep my running shoes on during all the Skype meetings! Oh, and allotment work in my lunch breaks!
Sounds like a plan. I use a timer to keep me focused. Even a break of running upstairs after an hour otherwise you just don't move the same as in an office. But no travel time so a run fits in. Stretches in alternative days. π€π Keep posting π
Well don't forget the 'Lashings and lashings of lemonade', just about ready for 'Tiffin' Timmy.... They will ALL be there, Peter Rabbit, The Famous Five, Mopsy, Flopsy and Cottontail.... To name but a Few. Oh What fun they All will have!
Sorry I just Couldn't resist, setting MY Inner Enid, free... I can see them now, there faces, contorted in Merry Mirth. (What was the name of the Dog? Someone Please.)
Anyway I must run, I have some Errands To Run.... Oh Such Spiffing Fun.
Well Enid, you amaze me! Your determination just grows and grows. Be careful, you may be getting the Running Bug. And then you will pass it on to Nilsam and there will be TWO gazelles, running like the wind....
You are an inspiration Nilsam. I spent my first day of social distancing reading too much scary stuff online, drinking coffee and eating hot crossed buns. π
After that, I decided never again! We're all going to need our sanity and our health to get through this. And it's your spirit and humour that is showing us the way.
