Well said Nilsam. The only social media I use is this forum and it shows the way it should be. It is so supportive and when you think you have had a bad run, or you are on the injury couch feeling sorry for yourself, everyone just picks you up and makes you feel better

Me to Dexy , this is the only forum I use apart from looking on my parkrun page for updates or cancellations etc. I think the world would be happier place without it🤗🤗

So much love for this post. I’m not a slim runner, trotting along like a young gazelle, but I am grateful for what my body is managing to do. I am getting stronger in mind and body thanks to running.
