My inner Enid may have hidden exercise equipment, bought but rarely used, including an exercise bike in the garage. But it is time to dig it all out and get using it, on running rest days.
While we are able to, running and walking is fantastic. But I am sure I could do more. How cool would it be to be healthier after lock down than before. Happy healthy times to you all!

We'll be rooting for Enid in the next tour de France ππ
Totally agree! Iβm sure I have a hula hoop and skipping rope tucked around somewhere! Not to mention all the free exercise videos popping up! I plan to come out the other side of this at my healthiest and with a whole new set of βgoodβ habits (I hope)
Skipping rope is only small so needs to be held by finger tips. Good fun though. π€ΈββοΈπ
Fantastic - Enid has her own little gym going there. Should we be watching out for her taking over from Joe Wicks in the near future....?π€ΈββοΈποΈββοΈπͺπΌπ
A Reebok step, brilliant! When we wore Reebok high tops. Bullworker I didn't have but I remember trying to use my brothers and pinching my skin in the springs. π€ΈββοΈ
Yes, making up for lack of going out and general exercise means that even us runners need to do other exercise on our non run days. We can't rely on our normal daily walking around etc so it can be a bit sedentary if we're not careful.
I found weighted gloves too...I think I may be carrying enough weight when I run, but as they were a gift, someone thought I needed them. ποΈββοΈ
Ha ha, i would have been so chuffed to have found some of that in my garage, all iβve got is a table we donβt have room for and my poor sad car that i canβt even scrap at the moment
