Bought new trainers yesterday and thought I like the look of those leggings will have those for when I run outside. With Dennis about this morning decided to stay on treadmill instead but still try the leggings...mistake that was I was nearly boiling in first ten minutes but managed to carry on and complete wk6r3 Just hoping the extra heat has lost a pound or two! Trainers are comfy though!

I bought some Solomon bondcliff 2Gtx 00. Means nothing to me but they are comfy! See people putting about having gait measured but dont think I am at that stage yet!
