Anyone doing C25K in the Wye Valley?

Hi all. I’m doing the C25K with a group and starting W6, however I move to Symonds Yat in a week. Is there anyone from that area or Ross on Wye/Monmouth, who is at a similar place and would like some (slow) company and encouragement? Thanks 😊

Not local to you sorry but have you tried googling local running groups or checking on fb for local clubs?

Welcome to the forum and well done on your progress.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

In my opinion you are better off doing C25k with just the 90,000 run buddies on this forum. That way pace is not compromised, nobody will let you down and you can time your running to suit yourself.

Local leisure centres and running clubs are the best place to find C25k groups.

Enjoy your journey.
