Happy doing the C25K

I have been following the NHS Couch 2 5K programme over the last few weeks. I must say, I have never felt this 'happy' (in my brain) before. I have reached the end of Week 5. For a non-runner, I see this as a big achievement :)

Can't wait for my next run !!!

Hi - so if you've reached the end of W5, that's the iconic W5R3 done and you've just run for 20 mins. That's a really big deal, so no wonder you're brain's in happy mode!!!! Well done and keep on running happy!
