Week 2 done!

Well it took more than a week as I had a horrible chesty cough and had to pack it in for a bit. So I set off with trepidation for run 3 as I had been on the couch for 5 days. First run segment came up and it was grimmmm. Into the bargain it started raining and a gust of wind nearly had me in the canal. Damn will I just go home? I dont think i can do this....the gremlins muttered. Then something happened....I got to the end of 90s and realised I was going to do this no matter the weather and I suddenly had the strongest sense of smuggery I've ever had!!!! 🤣🤣🤣

Not sure I'll be so smug when I tackle the 3min segments on Sunday - but baby steps!!!

Well done, I know what you mean about the weather, the wind was so strong today I could barely hear Sarah ! The idea of week 2 is a bit scary and as for week 3 ......
