A few days between runs this time, which I always worry about, as the plan says leave 'a day' between this and your next run, and Michael says, 'this will be harder, but you're ready for it...' and then I doubt myself at that moment. I shouldn't, and neither should you. I think I'm almost halfway through this now, so there's no turning back. Motivated, getting fitter and now more conscious of my diet too, as a result of this programme. Any doubting Thomas' out there, believe this, action cures fear!.

I'm not sure running will ever be 'my thing's either, but you're right, C25K has changed me for the better in many ways. This combined with a 'no sugar' January has helped me shed 5lb without any hint of the dreaded 'diet' word. I dont do diets, I love food too much, but making sensible choices alongside the running means I feel great and am much healthier!
