Finished W3 today after a week off with a cold and it was surprisingly ok, I mean horrible as usual, but better than I expected...thank you for the encouragment guys!

Currently running on a treadmill due to cold and dark conditions...but my brain gets bored and needs distracting from the brutal running. Currently listening to music but thinking about trying podcasts or even a tv show? What do you guys recommend?

Xx

"it was surprisingly ok, I mean horrible as usual, but better than I expected" 😂😂😂😂😂

For a podcast, I would recommend 'Runpod'.

I was thinking of writing cocaine, but I'm sure this site is moderated, so I'll suggest a head torch and a running jacket. 🤣 I hate treadmills.

I completed mine on a treadmill. Earphones with music or podcast, programme on the telly with subtitles and as I was at the gym always chose a treadmill in front of the mirrors so that I could nosey around what was going on around me and occasionally check in on my posture.

For me running creates headspace so I think in a way the mind numbing works in a different way and I just embraced the tedium and the mind went wherever so that on some days I wasn’t really sure where I’d been but my mind felt clearer when I’d finished. Not sure if that makes any sense but good luck.

Good for you. I was a bit harsh last night. Each to our own. 👍
