First completed C25K in 2014. Since then built up to 25km sunday long runs and 10km short runs, and did several Park Runs. All was going well until late last year when recurring ankle problems resulted in several weeks off at a time. So, in order to try to avoid doing too much too soon, and re agravating the ankles, I restarted C25K just before Christmas. Sunday was W6R3 25mins. Went really well. I feel like I could do 30mins nown but I will not tempt fate, I will stick with the program to the end. Always listen to Laura Just feels great to be able to run again. Nothing makes the head and the body feel so good. Happy running folks

Welcome back! 😄
It’s a wonderful feeling running again after an enforced break.
Presumably you are doing ankle strengthening exercises. 😄
