Well that's W7R3 complete... have to say not the nicest of weather... cold head wind .. wet / snowy slush under foot... but another week ticked off... so can't complain... some parts I felt good and comfortable others I wondered what the hell I was doing... guess it goes with the territory... here's to W8R1... later joggers... happy running....
