Start of week 8 and its raining and my legs feel heavy. If I'm serious about this fitness malarky I need to run.
I go out and puddles galore, its been pouring down. After dodging quite a few I thought what the hell I just need to run and it felt like I was a child again. The going got heavy and at half way I never though I would make it but a very slow period meant I coped but there was no sort of sprint at the end and I only ran slightly more distance but I did it.
