Start of week 8 and its raining and my legs feel heavy. If I'm serious about this fitness malarky I need to run.
I go out and puddles galore, its been pouring down. After dodging quite a few I thought what the hell I just need to run and it felt like I was a child again. The going got heavy and at half way I never though I would make it but a very slow period meant I coped but there was no sort of sprint at the end and I only ran slightly more distance but I did it.

Well done you! I have just come back from this run too and I found it really hard as well! I got soaked through because of the rain, was slightly lost because I changed my running route today and my energy levels dropped halfway through! But we both did it, and I'm sure the 2nd run of week 8 will be easier! Keep on going!
Hopefully the next run on Friday morning 0500 (do you want an early morning call!!!). I kept the same route with an idea of where the last phase would change but didn't need it.
