Morning all....

well I was determined to go out running at 6am but after a bad night with my 1 year old I needed sleep. Then I have woke up to flooding where we live so I can’t go out running. But i still want to get 30 minutes exercise in... any suggestions?

Planks, situps, push ups, all 1 minute exercises, pilates and yoga are good exercise as well, go to YouTube for suggestions for home exercises.

Yep, there’s loads of stuff on YouTube and Amazon Prime (if you have it). A lot is specifically for runners. Have fun 👍😁

Some of these are films, some exercise vids, but you get the general idea 👍😁

Strength and flex forum has exercises and there are plenty great yoga for runners options - look up Adrienne on YouTube

I have found some HIIT workouts will try them then maybe a yoga. See how long the little ones stay asleep x
