6 days ago I completed W8 ... I have had genuine reasons for not running since then. But there have also been times when I could have run, but chose not to. There has been some resistance for sure. So this morning I got up early, set up W9R1 and bailed out at 15 minutes. It was hard, and I gave in 🤷♀️ But I'm not beating myself up, I'll probably try again this evening - and hopefully I'll have found that inner determination I need in times like this!
I just wanna get this done!!😤 And I'm hoping that posting here will give me that shove I need 🏃♀️🏃♀️🦋

You probably don’t remember, but I had exactly this problem with w9r2. Go back out when you feel ready - it doesn’t have to be today - determined just to keep going. Remember that thing about “if none of your limbs are broken, just slow down and keep running”? That.
One day never defines a runner, you know this of course... you’ll kick its butt next time for sure. Get some rest and self pampering in and you’ll be good to go.
You’re at W9!! That’s brilliant🤗. Just as you’ve got through all the past 24 runs, you’ll get the next 3 done!!
There is something about being so close that can increase the pressure. There is no right way to do this Flar!! You do you!! You already have everything that is required to complete. If you go back out today, it’s just about this day. It’s always about this day, this moment, this time and earlier today has passed. You did run. You might not have run as planned, but that run is history!
Don’t hesitate to press reset on the mindset. You’re truly a butterfly, so float around freely!! 🦋That is so beautifully brilliant! ❤️
I planning to do mine tomorrow....I'm feeling like you right now. Really want to just give up! But I'll give it a go tomorrow. Well done mate. Wanna make a pact?? I'll finish if you do? Xx
