Got ready for a longer run this morning thinking it was 8 minute stints and they were 3 lots of 5! Perhaps I should take more notice of what's coming up or perhaps not. What does everyone else do? Looking forward to Monday I'm not going to look 😂😁

I would never have started the plan if I didn't know what it involved, while many others fret and worry about upcoming runs.

It is designed to get you running for thirty minutes in 9 weeks, so it doesn't take much imagination to realise there is going to be a step up each week.

Do what suits your personality.

You are doing great.
