Got out there and did it. What I mean is if I don't spend time thinking about it, I'll just do it!
Preferred the three runs compared to several shorter runs even though they're for a longer time. Psychologically, it seems less. That means the W5R3 should be a breeze as it's just the one run! Somehow, I don't think my logic will hold out Take care

The beauty of this programme, and as many have posted, is that it's progressive. When you get to that run, you'll be ready for it. Each run is "banked" and your body will call on those savings when required. Apologies for the very unscientific explanation, haha. Don't look too far ahead but enjoy each run. I'm doing R3 on Saturday and genuinely feel I can do it. Therefore, if I can anybody can
Well done Antonia. I did w5r1 yesterday morning and enjoyed it, up to the last couple of minutes of the 3rd 5 minute run when I struggled a bit cos of the heat. But felt great when it was done. W5r2 for me tomorrow - looks like it's going to be another hot one!
Week 5 run 3 is amazing . You will sail through it. Nice and steady. Focus on other things, scenery and people watch. Everything will fall in to place and boom 20 minute run under your belt. Good luck. Xx
You’ll smash R2 and R3 will leave you on such a high you’ll wonder why you didn’t take up running years ago! I’m 54 and should graduate on Friday - but all those wasted years!!! 😩😩😅😅
